RETURN POLICY

Our refund policy is 14 days therefore you must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have notified us and received an acknowledgement, goods must reach us within 14 days of this communication. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note only unopened products will be accepted as we must keep extension free from contamination and maintain product quality unless products are defective. You must take reasonable care of the Products whilst they are in your possession. You will be liable for any damages resulting from the handling of the products where this affects the characteristics and functioning on the products. This may result in your refund being voided. If a refund has been processed and the same items are then reordered within a period of 14days the new order will be voided. 

 

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will not make any refunds without receiving the returned goods.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of your refund acknowledgement, please contact us at hello@lash-allure.co.uk.

 

Sale items/ Clearance stock

Sale items will only be refunded at the same value as purchased.

Clearance stock will not be eligible for refunds.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the nature of your refund is at our fault and you have used our Standard Signed for shipping method. We shall not refund any other special shipping costs. When returning goods, you should consider using a tracked shipping service. We cannot offer refunds unless items are received and will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

 

Please note depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

When making any returns to us, you agree to adhere and comply with any returns processes notified by us. Refunds are carried out by our payment processor and while we will endeavor to ensure refunds are paid in accordance with the timescales set out above, we will not be liable for any delays outside our control.

We reserve the right to amend our refund policy at anytime time without notice.
